The action takes place in the United States at the end of the 19th century. They were rich at the beginning, at the end this family was poor. They were old but there are 2 or 3 actors were young.
The actor are Eugene (father of Lucy) , Isabel ( The mother of George is a bad child ) who was married to Wilbur Minafer.
It's a film in black and white, created a dark atmosphere
The message is "The rich family aren't more happy".
My opinion is: I don't like this film because it is in black and white, haven't got an action and the actors look the same.
