Marie VINCENT - Seconde - Lycée PIERRE GILLES DE GENNES - 58206 COSNE COURS LOIRE | Commentaire sur le film La Splendeur des Amberson

“ The main characters are Georges, Eugene, Lucy and Isabel. Georges has short hair, he's tall, he is very jealous, he's young, he is an American and he doesn't work. Eugene has short hair, he is a rich cars inventor and he is older than Georges. He is also Lucy's father. Lucy has long blond hair, she's young and she maybe loves Georges. Isabel is Georges' mother, she has blond hair, she is old and she loves Eugene and him also. The movie is in black and white. Director Orson Welles is the voice over. Conclusion: -The message is that the jealousy is a bad thing and we can become sad because of it. -We don't like this film because it's difficult to understand the story. In effect, there are many characters. ”
